Not installable. v2.1.46 is recorded in the official changelog, but @anthropic-ai/claude-code has no 2.1.46 on npm and the repository has no v2.1.46 tag. v2.1.45 shipped on 2026-02-17 and v2.1.47 on 2026-02-18. The two entries below are what the changelog records; they reached users in a later release.
